The Zip’r 3-Wheel Travel Scooter from Zip’r Mobility is easy to transport, easy to assemble and very easy to use. This scooter was designed and manufactured around the concept of “Simplicity in Mobility."
The Zip’r3 easily transports as the heaviest piece is just 31.7 lbs. and unlike other travel scooters the Zip’r3 can be assembled in less that 20 seconds because there no loose wire cables to connect - just drop in the battery box and go!
The stylish Zip’r3 includes a full body shroud in red or blue and non-flat non-marking tires so you can take advantage of the tremendous 25.4" turning radius indoors or outdoors. Also the Zip’r3 is the only portable travel scooter that includes a safety headlight, expandable seat arm rests,and front and rear basket brackets standard! Return Policy
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call 1800wheelchair Customer Service at 1-800-320-7140. Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in new, unused and in saleable condition. Please include all paperworks, parts, and accessories
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and a 25% restocking fee will apply
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested before approving any returns. The RMA number will expire 30 days after issuance
- Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product. Any damage to the product will be deducted from the amount of credit to be refunded.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Please include the RMA slip, in the return package(s)
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, Tech Set-Up, Handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
When any product is returned with batteries, these steps must be followed:
- Batteries will be placed in the same location as packaged.
- All battery cables will be disconnected from the batteries.
- If a shroud covers the batteries, said shroud will be in place over the batteries.
- If the batteries sit in a protected shell, they shall be shipped back in said protected shell.
- If the device is a folding power wheelchair said batteries will be disconnected from battery cables and placed in individual sealed corrugated containers prior to shipping.
- Ensure no battery/batteries could come in contact with other batteries, conductive surfaces, or metal objects while in transport.
- Exposed terminals need to be protected with non-conductive caps or with tape, or other similar means.
- Batteries should also be secured so they will not shift during transport and their terminal caps will not come off.
- When returning a product, the associated battery identification label must be attached to the outside of the ship carton.
