If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day refund with a 25% restocking fee for most items.

Please review the following return guidelines to qualify:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.
• Product must have the RMA number clearly and legibly printed on the address label of each package/box being returned.
• Returns are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the product. 
• All returned product will be subject to full evaluation. Credit issuance will be based on returned product evaluation findings. Product abuse or no fault found cases may result in a credit denial.
• Product must be in as-new condition and all the original boxes, parts, shipping materials, blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer must be included upon return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in all cases except the following: Vendor shipped the incorrect product, product was damaged upon arrival.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.

Please Note: 

• We do not accept (used) soiled products such as: mattresses, cushions or seating products due to possible biohazards.
• Custom-made products (i.e. custom power chairs, builder products and parts) are not returnable

Refunds will be issued once the above conditions are satisfied.

Cancellations

We work hard to see that our products ship quickly.  If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, it will be considered as a return, and will be subject to the conditions outlined above.
