At only 13.5 lbs., the Featherweight Wheelchair - Feather Chair™ is the lightest wheelchair on the planet.

Taking advantage of brand-new materials, the Feather Chair™ sets a new standard. Practically everyone can lift this wheelchair into your car, truck or SUV. and is super easy to propel and push.

Transporting the Feather Chair™ could not be easier. The chair folds down into a compact package. First, fold down the backrest and then pull up on the middle of the seat. Optional, quick-release wheels allow a caregiver to remove the larger, back wheels with the push of the button. Once you arrive at your destination, unfolding and attaching the wheels takes less than a minute.

Standard features include wheel locks - easily accessible by the seated user - at the front of the frame. Wheel locks prevent the wheelchair from rolling forward or backward. For the caregiver, there is an integrated braking system, operated by bicycle style locking brake levers located at the push handles. These handbrakes provide the caregiver control, security, and convenience when descending or pausing on a slope.

Limited Warranty

The Featherweight - Feather Chair™ comes with a limited warranty and the following coverage:

• Frame: JYD Imports warranties the frame of its mobility chair under normal use for a period of 1 Year (12 months). JYD Imports will at its sole discretion, repair, replace, any warrantable frame that fails within the warranty period.
• Wearable Parts: 6 months on all wearable parts including wheels, upholstery, brakes, footrest.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-days refund with a 10% restocking fee for this item.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have received, please review the following return guidelines:

• Return authorization must be obtained in advance from 1800wheelchair
• In order for a return authorization number to be issued, photos of the current state and condition of the product will be requested and will need to be provided
• Return process must be initiated within 14 days of invoice date
• Item must arrive at manufacturer within 30 days of customer receipt
• All products will go through a comprehensive returns inspection upon receipt of return
• Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery); Products that are received with damage will be subject to additional fees to replace damaged parts and a higher restocking fee may apply (up to 20%)
• Any permanent damage to the frame of the product may cause the return to be rejected; In these circumstances, the customer will be informed immediately. Customer is ultimately responsible for securing the product from the returns warehouse within 10 days of being informed via email of return rejection. After 10 days, rejected returns may be discarded for health and safety reasons.
• Products must be returned with all original manufacturer packaging materials and shipping box
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, in all cases except the following: Manufacturer shipped the incorrect product, or the product was damaged upon arrival
• Due to the manufacturer's policy a 10% restocking fee will apply
• All delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable

NO RETURN ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED WITHOUT AN ACCOMPANYING RA NUMBER

Refunds will be only be issued once the above conditions are satisfied.

Cancellations

We work hard to see that our products ship quickly. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, it will be considered as a return, and will be subject to the conditions outlined above.
