The EZee Life™ Ezee Fold CH4065 is similar to the Ezee fold standard but has a standard footrest and 12” drive wheels for rougher terrain. It also features a weight capacity of 286 lbs. and an adjustable height back. This Ezee Fold model has a two-battery capacity so you can double your range with the purchase of an optional second battery. With a 20.5” seat height and a 17.3” seat width the CH4065 will fit most tall users of average weight. Like all Ezee Fold models, the CH4065 will fold in seconds and be ready for transport.

NOTE: The battery/batteries are designed to be safe for air travel. However when booking a flight where you intend to take your wheelchair or scooter, always make sure with the airline that your batteries meet their requirements for air travel. Airlines are especially careful when it comes to transporting batteries and there have been cases where batteries have been confiscated prior to a flight forcing the traveller to purchase new batteries at their destination.

If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving it.

Once accepted, the following conditions apply:

• Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery). If the product has been used the return will not be accepted.
• Product must be in its original packaging (along with manuals or accessories) and in perfect condition.
• Restocking fee will be determined upon receipt of the product and its condition.
• You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please return it immediately.
