Description
The EZee Elite is a “Class A” Electrically powered scooter. It is intended to be used by individuals that are able to walk, but suffer from mild mobility limitations. The user must have sufficient arm and leg strength to get on and off the EZee Elite alone and to safely steer under all driving conditions.
The EZee Elite is intended for indoor and restricted outdoor use on pavements or paved footpaths only during daylight hours.
The EZee Elite does not have lights and reflectors and therefore must not be used in the dark or in limited visibility conditions.
NOTE: The battery/batteries are designed to be safe for air travel. However when booking a flight where you intend to take your wheelchair or scooter, always make sure with the airline that your batteries meet their requirements for air travel. Airlines are especially careful when it comes to transporting batteries and there have been cases where batteries have been confiscated prior to a flight forcing the traveller to purchase new batteries at their destination.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving it.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery). If the product has been used the return will not be accepted.
- Product must be in its original packaging (along with manuals or accessories) and in perfect condition.
- Restocking fee will be determined upon receipt of the product and its condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please return it immediately.
