The Journey™ Contour Plus cushion combines Tru-Relief™ foam with moderate positioning. Designed to encourage proper pelvic alignment and a neutral spine, the deep contour and slight wedge prevents the pelvis from sacral sliding.

Journey™ Contour Plus cushion is recommended for individuals at moderate to high risk, and up to stage 3 pressure ulcers.
