Currently we have distribution centers in the USA and in Canada. Over the next few years we hope to ship most of our products through our Canadian distribution centers. Products shipping from Canada tend to have a quicker delivery time and a more generous return policy see below To qualify for a return: - Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned within 30 days.
- You must have a return authorization number to qualify for a return (see below).
